• Data you enter in the request form: name, phone number, optionally Telegram or email, the service you need and your message.
• Where you came to the site from (for example, an ad or a search engine) — to understand which channels are useful.
• Technical data stored by the hosting provider (for example, request time and errors) — to keep the site running.

The site does not use cookies and does not load third-party advertising or tracking services.

3. Why we use the data

Only to contact you about your request, answer your question and prepare an offer. Your data is not sold or shared with others for advertising.

4. Who processes the data

To deliver your request to us, we use the following services:

• Vercel — website hosting (servers are located outside Uzbekistan);
• Telegram — to notify our team about the request.

By sending a request, you agree that your data is transferred through these services for this purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Request data is kept for no more than 12 months after our communication ends, unless a contract is signed with you.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to withdraw your consent. Write to info@masalahal.uz and we will respond within the period set by law.
